Apoderados. No se requiere actuar mediante abogado ante la autoridad de policía, no obstante, en ningún caso se podrá alegar falta de defensa técnica por el hecho de haber acudido ante la autoridad sin apoderado. Cuando se otorgue poder dentro del proceso único de policía, este deberá ser conferido a una persona que cuente con el derecho de postulación vigente.
