Derógase la Ley 103 de 1912 , “por la cual se aclara el sentido de algunas disposiciones sobre pensiones y recompensas y las Leyes 102 de 1927, 107 de 1928 y 45 de 1931, en cuanto se relacionen con la asimilación de servicios prestados por personal civil de las bandas de músicos del Ejército Nacional a servicios militares y demás normas que sobre la materia se hayan proferido con posterioridad para su aclaración, adición, desarrollo o aplicación”.
