Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente ley, se autoriza al Gobierno nacional, la celebración de los contratos y convenios interadministrativos necesarios entre la Nación, el departamento del Magdalena, el Distrito Turístico, Cultural e Histórico de Santa Marta y sus localidades.
