Se autoriza al Ministerio de Transporte y sus entidades adscritas para estructurar y poner en funcionamiento el Centro Inteligente de Control de Tránsito y Transporte - CICTT, que será operado por la Dirección de Tránsito y Transporte de la Policía Nacional en coordinación permanente y continua con la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte con el propósito de contribuir a la seguridad vial y al control en cumplimiento de las normas de tránsito y transporte.
