ARTICULO 11°. Cuando por cualquier causa se presente la disolución o liquidación de empresas privadas que hayan constituido reservas de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, todos los funcionarios o personas que a cualquier título hayan de intervenir en las correspondientes diligencias, dispondrán lo necesario para que tales reservas se destinen preferencial y exclusivamente a garantizar el pago de las pensiones.
