º . Modificación del artículo 4º del Decreto 919 de 2008. Modifícase el artículo 4º del Decreto 919 de 2008, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 4º. Régimen de Transición. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia certificará el interés bancario corriente aplicable a la modalidad de microcrédito bajo la nueva definición contemplada en el numeral 1 del artículo 2º del Decreto 519 de 2007, modificado por el artículo 2 del presente decreto, a partir del 1º de abril de 2009. Hasta esa fecha, el interés bancario corriente de dicha modalidad de crédito continuará siendo el establecido en la certificación vigente al momento de publicación del presente decreto".
