Art. 4º. Por las minas de aluvión se pagará el impuesto anual á razón de cinco pesos ($5) por cada veinticinco kilómetros cuadrados. Las porciones que ni excedan de cinco kilómetros cuadrados pagarán un peso y en proporción por el exceso.
