º. El amparo del seguro de desempleo no operará cuando los beneficiarios de que trata el artículo anterior, se encuentren en una de las siguientes circunstancias

Cuando el crédito hipotecario para la financiación de vivienda de interés social se encuentre en mora superior a treinta (30) días al momento de la ocurrencia de uno de los eventos enumerados en el artículo segundo del presente decreto.

Cuando el deudor de crédito hipotecario mantenga vigente otro vínculo laboral.

Cuando la situación de desempleo haya sido ocasionada por guerra interior, exterior, revolución, rebelión, sedición o asonada.
