Funciones de la División de Empleo e Ingresos.- En la Unidad de Desarrollo Social, la División de Recursos Humanos, Empleo y Seguridad Social, se transforma en División de Empleo e Ingresos, y cumplirá, bajo la dirección del Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo Social, las funciones de esta última en cuanto se relacionan con el mercado de trabajo, la formación y capacitación para el trabajo, los asuntos laborales y la generación y distribución del ingreso, así como con la organización institucional y con la situación financiera de las entidades relacionadas con estos campos.
