Articulo único. El Consejo de la Orden de Boyacá será integrado permanentemente por el Presidente y los ex-Presidentes de la República , por los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y de Guerra, por el Presidente de la Comisión Asesora del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, por el Inspector General del Ejército y por el Jefe de Estado Mayor General del Ejército. Actuarán como Secretarios de este Consejo los de los Ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores y de Guerra, y como Canciller de la Ordern el Jefe del Portocolo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
