Artículo primero. La Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social "Corpal", organizada por la Ley 28 de 1963, continuará funcionando como un Establecimiento Público, esto es, un organismo dotado de personería Jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente. La corporación Esta adscrita al Ministerio de Salud tiene su domicilio en la ciudad de Bogotá, pero podrá establecer dependencias en otros lugares del país.
