Estructura De La Sección Presupuestal Indígena Especial

Sistema Educativo Indígena Propio y sus Unidades Ejecutoras. Cada territorio indígena puesto en funcionamiento y que cumpla con los requisitos del artículo 65 del Decreto Ley 481 de 2025 se identificará como una Unidad Ejecutora dentro de la Sección Presupuestal

Sistema Educativo Indígena Propio - SEIP, de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente.

Parágrafo

El l'v1inisterio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación garantizarán el acompañamiento técnico a los territorios indígenas que asuman la administración del SEIP para el manejo de los sistemas de información tales como SIIF, PIIP o los demás relacionados con la información presupuestal.
