Facultase al Gobierno para ceder a la celebración del Municipio de Dagua, Departamento del Valle del Cauca, el área que hoy ocupa y la que sea necesaria para el ensanche de la misma, en cuanto la cesión no perjudique las actuales obras y necesidades del ferrocarril del pacifico, y las que se prevean como necesarias o útiles para su desarrollo en lo futuro.
