De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 39 de la Ley 3ª de.1961, la contribución de valorización, que imponga la Corporación podrá pagarse con los bonos creados en tal ley, en cuantía no inferior al treinta por ciento (30%) ni superior al sesenta porciento. (60%) de cada contribución individual . La Junta Directiva de la Corporación señalará por medio de Acuerdo de carácter general las condiciones para admitir el pago en bonos de que trata este artículo.
