Apruébase el "Convenio Constitutivo de la Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones", suscrito en Washington el 19 de noviembre de 1984, cuyo texto es:

CONVENIO CONSTITUTIVO DE LA CORPORACION INTERAMERICANA DE INVERSIONES

Los países en cuya representación se firma el presente Convenio acuerdan crear la Corporación Interamericana de Inversiones, que se regirá por las disposiciones siguientes:
