° Mientras se integra el Consejo aquí previsto el Rector de la Universidad tomará, si las circunstancias lo exigieren, las medidas académicas, administrativas y disciplinarias que todas las disposiciones vigentes señalan a aquél. Dichas medidas tendrán plena validez legal.
