Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 2.14.3.1.13 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.14.3.1.13 Secuestro de valores depositados. De conformidad con lo previsto sobre la designación de secuestre en el numeral 1 del artículo 48 del Código General del Proceso, o las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen, cuando se trate de realizar el secuestro de valores que se encuentren en un depósito centralizado de valores, podrá designarse como secuestre a la entidad administradora de dicho depósito.".
