La Nación rinde público homenaje al municipio de Soledad, en el departamento del Atlántico, con motivo de conmemorar sus 405 años de establecido el primer asentamiento humano en su territorio. Por tal fin exalta y reconoce las virtudes de sus habitantes y a quienes han contribuido a su desarrollo y fortalecimiento.

Ley 950 de 2005 · por la cual la Nación rinde homenaje al municipio de Soledad con motivo de los 405 años de haberse fundado el primer asentamiento humano en su territorio, se exaltan las virtudes de sus habitantes y se autoriza en su homenaje la inversión de unas obras de interés social.
