Articulo 151 . Competencia para imponer el cierre temporal o definitivo . La sanción de cierre temporal o definitivo del establecimiento donde se produce alcohol o donde se elaboren, hidraten o envasen bebidas alcohólicas se efectuará mediante resolución motivada, expedida por el ministro de salud o la autoridad delegada.
