Las unidades del Fondo Nacional de Inversiones serán nominativas, y negociables en la forma que reglamente el Gobierno, cada unidad tendrá un valor nominal de diez pesos ($ 10.00), mientras la Junta Directiva del Fondo no decida otra cosa . El Fondo podrá expedir certificados sobre el derecho de cada unidad a recibir utilidades; y sobre si existe o no obligación de redimirlas en fecha distinta de la que consta en ellos. El Fondo Nacional de Inversiones publicará mensualmente el valor nominal de las unidades en poder de los contribuyentes.
