Funciones del Superintendente para los niveles de supervisión. El Superintendente de la Economía Solidaria ejercerá todas las funciones que se le asignan en el artículo 36 de la Ley 454 de 1998 para todos los niveles de supervisión, en el momento y periodicidad que considere conveniente, para facilitar la operación de las entidades de los tres niveles de supervisión, que se definen en el presente título.
