Para determinar la cantidad que, dentro del límite anterior, será preciso retirar de las Juntas de Canalización, el Gobierno hará formar el presupuesto de gastos que pueda requerir la obra del ferrocarril en el trayecto que falte hasta la ciudad de Ibagué. El monto del presupuesto se distribuirá en proporción a la cantidad que existan en las diversas Juntas de Canalización el día en que la Ley entre en vigencia, sin exceder los Cien mil pesos ($ 100,000) fijados en el artículo 1º Cada Junta proveerá al Gobierno de la suma que le corresponda, según la proporción indicada.
