Art. único. Concédese del Tesoro Nacional una recompensa de cuatro mil pesos ($4.000) á cada una de las señoras Doña María Tadea Torrijos, viuda del Coronel Antonio Quintero N., y Doña Susana Narváez, viuda del Coronel Eusebio L. Caro, y á sus menores hijas; y una de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) á la señora Concepción Afanador de Vargas, viuda del Teniente-Coronel Tomás Vargas.

Parágrafo

Estas sumas se considerarán incluídas en el Presupuesto de Gastos de 1891 y 1892.
