Art. 12 . El curador de la herencia luego que esté posesionado de su cargo presentará al respectivo Juez las estampillas de habilitación suficientes para ser agregadas á cada una de las hojas de papel común invertido, si la actuación hubiere de practicarse en papel sellado. Estas estampillas serán anuladas en los términos de la Ley 110 de 1880.
