º. El Superintendente Bancario gozará en relación con las Asociaciones Mutualistas de Ahorro y Préstamo de las mismas facultades que la ley le confiere sobre los establecimientos de crédito, sin perjuicio de las que le otorga el presente Decreto. Cada Asociación Mutualista de Ahorro y Préstamo contribuirá al sostenimiento de la Superintendencia Bancaria con el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la suma que para tal fin se determine para los establecimientos bancarios.
