De la información a la Superintendencia Bancaria . En desarrollo del artículo 28 del Decreto 1032 de 1991, el Ministerio de Salud a través de la División de Servicios de Urgencias, en coordinación con la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, solicitará a los establecimientos hospitalarios o clínicos y a las entidades de seguridad y previsión social de los subsectores oficial y privado del sector salud la Información sobre el cumplimiento dado por las entidades aseguradoras a las obligaciones derivadas de este seguro frente a los establecimientos del Sector Salud. Para el cumplimiento de tal fin, se organizará el Subsistema de información correspondiente.
