Deducción tiempo por condena. El tiempo de condena privativa de la libertad personal, decretada por la Justicia Penal Militar o la ordinaria, no se considerará como de actividad para efectos del cómputo de tiempo de servicio a que se refiere el artículo 63 de este Decreto.
