°. Procedimiento para su disfrute. Para tener derecho a la prima técnica a que se refiere este Decreto será suficiente que la persona sea asignada por el Ministerio de Justicia al cuerpo especial de custodia y vigilancia y entre en ejercicio de las funciones propias de su cargo.
