Solo los empresarios debidamente autorizados por el Superintendente Bancario, podrán designar la palabra bolsa para designar el ejercicio de las actividades reguladas en este Decreto. La contravención a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo será sancionada con multas sucesivas hasta de $50.000,00 cada una, que impondrá el Superintendente Bancario, si requerido el contraventor se niega a atender la orden respectiva.
