SEPARACIÓN TEMPORAL . El tiempo que el Agente de la Policía permanezca separado en forma temporal, no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos de este decreto. Durante dicho tiempo, los Agentes separados no tendrán derecho a sueldo, primas ni prestaciones sociales pagaderas por el Ramo de Defensa.
