Control e información. En ejercicio de las amplias facultades de fiscalización y control, la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) podrá solicitar a los sujetos pasivos y responsables del impuesto nacional sobre productos plásticos de un solo uso utilizados para envasar, embalar o empacar bienes y a sus adquirentes, información relacionada con la no causación del impuesto a que se refiere el artículo 52 de la Ley 2277 de 2022.
