Los empleados militares, de administración y tropa, que tuvieren necesidad de permanecer en el hospital por más tiempo del señalado en el artículo anterior, perderán la gracia de la hospitalización, y el gobierno entrara a estudiar si es el caso de ordenar la baja y recurrir a las leyes vigentes sobre pensiones o de retiro.
