El Gobierno procederá a aprobar, improbar o modificar dentro de los sesenta días después de sancionada la presente Ley, la liquidación que se hizo respecto del antiguo Ferrocarril de la Sabana, hoy de Cundinamarca, entre la Nación y el departamento, en obedecimiento de la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Si dentro de los dichos sesenta días el Gobierno no hubiere aprobado, improbado o modificado la citada liquidación, se considerará legalmente aprobada y el Presidente de la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril procederá a elevarla a escritura pública.
