El recurso se intentará por medio de memorial dirigido al Comandante General de las Fuerzas Armadas y, una vez concedido, se seguirá la tramitación indicada e los artículo 563 y siguientes en el Código de Procedimiento Penal.
Los memoriales que para interponer el recurso presentan los que comparezcan de forma voluntaria, pasará al Despacho del Comandante, el primero (1º) de noviembre de mil novecientos cincuenta y tres (1953).
