Decreto 1252 de 2017 · Por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 5 al Título 5 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Justicia, por el cual se dictan disposiciones sobre amnistía, indulto y tratamientos penales diferenciados, reglamentando la Ley 1820 de 2016 y el Decreto-ley 277 de 2017 y se dictan otras disposiciones.
