º La oficina regional del ICETEX elaborará, en cada caso, el proyecto para el programa regional de becas y lo someterá a estudio y aprobación del Comité Regional. Aprobado por el Comité podrá ser puesto inmediatamente en ejecución. Si el Comité lo desaprobare y persistiese desacuerdo con perjuicio d ella oportuna puesta en ejecución del programa, decidirá sobre él la Junta Directiva del ICETEX.
