Art. 1.° El vapor Jeneral Padilla, que hace parte de la empresa de remolcadores i bongos anexa a la del ferrocarril i telégrafo de Bolívar, se destina a remolcar desde el puerto de Barranquilla a Bocas de Ceniza i de este punto a la bahía de Sabanilla, segun fuere necesario, a juicio del Administrador de la Aduana de Barranquilla.
