ARTICULO 257. Ocultamiento, retención y posesión ilícita de cédula. El que haga desaparecer, posea o retenga cédula de ciudadanía ajena o cualquier otro documento necesario para el ejercicio del derecho de sufragio, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años.
