La Caja asegurara las casas, por cuenta del adquiriente, contra fallecimiento e incendio, pudiendo ser la misma Caja la aseguradora.
En el caso de fallecimiento del adquiriente, la Caja queda obligada a entregar a sus herederos, en carácter de patrimonio familiar, libre y sin ningún gravamen, la casa que estuviese hipotecada.
