Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, sustituye la Sección 4 del Capítulo 1 del Título 4 del Libro 2 de la Parte 2 del Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Decreto 1074 de 2015 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el numeral 10 del artículo 2.2.4.1.1.12 y el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.13.
