Es forzoso el retiro absoluto para los Oficiales de toda clase, cuando cumplan las siguientes edades: General de División, sesenta y tres años; General de Brigada, sesenta años; Coronel, cincuenta y ocho años; Teniente Coronel, cincuenta y cinco años; Mayor, cincuenta años; Capitán, cuarenta y cinco años; Teniente treinta y cinco años; Subteniente, treinta y dos años.
