Eliminación de la autorización previa para contratación de Instituciones Prestadoras de servicios de salud . Durante el término de la emergencia sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, con ocasión de la pandemia derivada del Coronavirus COVID-19, elimínese la autorización previa de que tratan el literal f del artículo 14 y el artículo 20 de la Ley 1122 de 2007.
