ARTICULO 1° Aplicación. La denominación de cargos, naturaleza, funciones generales, y requisitos mínimos que se establecen en el presente Decreto, regirán para los empleos contemplados en el último plan de cargos aprobado para los diferentes organismos del Subsector Oficial del Sector Salud, entidades territoriales y sus entes descentralizados.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de este Decreto las dependencias del Instituto de Seguros Sociales y de las Fuerzas Armadas que presten servicios de salud.
