La confrontación de los papeles empleados en el recibo de carga se hará entre los respectivos empleados del ferrocarril y del buque, cada vez que se termine de cargar un carro completo y luégo se verificará canje de papeles entre ambos empleados. Los papeles del ferrocarril, firmados por el empleado que recibe en el muelle, constituyan el único recibo oficial que la Empresa está obligada a otorga a cada buque por su cargamento.
