Art. 2.° El gobierno de cada Estado, teniendo en cuenta la respectiva cuota, fijará las asignaciones de que deban disfrutar los censores, veedores i comisionados que se empleen, i dictará las disposiciones convenientes para que estos funcionarios concluyan su trabajo dentro del término de seis meses.
