División de Industrias. Corresponde a la División de Industrias

Desempeñar las funciones técnicas de Secretaría Técnica del Comité de Regalías;

Vigilar el cumplimiento de las normas sobre cuotas de absorción y sobre porcentaje de integración de la industria ensambladora, y

Estudiar y tramitar las solicitudes que presenten los interesados en relación con estímulos tributarios que existan o puedan ser establecidos para desarrollo de la industria.
