ARTICULO 80. FACULTADES PARA REALIZAR LOS PROCESOS DE SELECCIÓN O CONCURSOS. La Comisión Administradora de Carrera del Ministerio de Defensa adelantará los concursos para la provisión de los empleos de carrera con sujeción a los procedimientos y lineamientos previstos en este Decreto. Cuando las necesidades así lo exijan, se podrá contratar la realización total o parcial del proceso de selección o concurso.
