Cuando un afiliado cotizante tenga otras personas diferentes a las establecidas en el artículo 12 del presente Decreto, que dependan económicamente de él y que tengan un parentesco hasta el tercer grado de consanguinidad, podrán incluirlos en el grupo familiar, siempre y cuando pague un aporte adicional equivalente al valor de la Unidad de Pago por Capitación correspondiente según la edad y el género de la persona adicional inscrita en el grupo familiar, establecidas por el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud.
