Protección personal docente y administrativo. En el marco de la autonomía y las necesidades operativas, las Instituciones de Educación Superior Estatales u Oficiales procurarán la adopción de medidas que minimicen el eventual impacto en las condiciones laborales del personal docente y administrativo en condición de transitoriedad vinculado al momento de la expedición del presente decreto y durante la implementación de los Planes de Formalización Laboral, de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente.
