VINCULACIÓN Y CLASE DE CONTRATO . La vinculación de que trata el artículo anterior se efectuará mediante contratos de trabajo a término fijo o de contrato de trabajo ocasional o transitorio. Se entiende por contrato ocasional o transitorio aquel cuya duración no exceda de tres (3) meses. Se entiende por contrato a término fijo aquel cuya duración no sea inferior a tres (3) meses ni superior a doce (12) meses, y podrá ser prorrogado por períodos sucesivos hasta de un (1) año, por necesidades del servicio.
